Stop holding yourself back. Simple words so many of us forget. Stop blaming others, time, place. Stop making excuses for whatever it is- fitness goal, promotion, taking those Italian lessons, eating more fruit, quitting smoking or drinking or a bad relationship. Like Nike’s famous slogan says, “Just do it!” Now say it again, Stop holding yourself back.

Without all the excuses of having no time and too tired ext ext does get repetitive as a personal trainer. But in the end ANY one can make a healthy lifestyle possible it’s just you have to WANT too. :/
But, its so easy to blame everyone else. Taking responsibility is hard but worth it. Love the blog.
